Terms of Service

• Lottira is a neutral marketplace and technology provider.
• Sellers sponsor sweepstakes-based promotions; Lottira is not the sponsor.
• Lottira provides infrastructure, compliance guardrails, and payments — not prize ownership or fulfillment.

• Lottira is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older (19 in Alabama and Nebraska) at the time of account creation.
• By accessing or using the platform, you represent you have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
• This eligibility requirement applies to account creation, coin purchases, sweepstakes, and selling.
• Date of birth is collected during onboarding and is not editable in app; requests for correction must go through support.

• Coins are non-redeemable platform credits that may be used to participate in promotions.
• Coins have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for currency.
• Coins do not expire unless otherwise stated.
• Coins are not a form of currency, investment, or financial instrument.
• Sellers receive USD earnings and may request payouts through our payment processor; Coins play no role in seller payouts.
• Refunds of Coins occur only per stated policies (e.g., failed activation, authorized refunds — see the Refunds & Returns Policy).
• We maintain an auditable ledger of purchases, spends, refunds, and adjustments.

• Sweepstakes-based promotions include a free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) with equal odds per entry. No purchase necessary. A purchase does not increase chances of winning.
• Promotions may include total entry caps, per-user caps (combined paid + free), and activation thresholds.
• If activation thresholds are not met, no winner is selected and paid entries are refunded.

• Sellers are responsible for shipping items directly to buyers or sweepstakes winners.
• Sellers must provide valid tracking information and ship items within three (3) business days of order confirmation unless otherwise disclosed.
• Shipping costs for sweepstakes prizes are borne by the seller. Buyers and winners are not charged shipping fees.
• Tracking is required and enforced server-side; it cannot be bypassed.
• Failure to ship on time may result in order cancellation, forfeiture of pending earnings, or account suspension.

• Platform fees are disclosed at checkout; sellers receive net proceeds via payout.
• Sales tax is calculated by our payment processor's automated tax service where applicable. See the Sales Tax Disclosures.

• Illegal items, misleading listings, harassment, hate, spam, or fraud are prohibited.
• Repeated failure to timely claim awarded sweepstakes prizes may result in temporary promotion-entry restrictions, including a 30-day block after three (3) unclaimed prize claims within any rolling twelve (12) month period.
• We may remove content, restrict access, or suspend accounts for violations.

By providing your mobile number on Lottira and selecting "Send Code" or otherwise submitting your number, you expressly consent to receive one-time passcodes (OTPs) and non-marketing account notifications via SMS or MMS to the number you provided.

• Message frequency varies based on activity (e.g., sign-in, password reset, sensitive account actions).
• Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase. Alternative verification methods may be available.
