Why Lottira exists.

We built Lottira because Pokémon collectors deserve better than rigged spins, swapped slabs, and surprise tax bills.

The Pokémon collector community has been burned, over and over, by the same playbook. A live-streamed "spin" with no proof the result wasn't predetermined. A PSA 10 that turns out to be a reslabbed 6 after the buyer cracks it open. A Whatnot or eBay seller who ghosts after the win and disappears with the coins. And — for the lucky few who do win a $1,000+ prize — a 1099-MISC letter from the IRS in February they were never warned was coming. We watched our friends lose money to every single one of these. So we built the platform that makes them impossible.

Every drawing on Lottira is provably fair. When a sweepstakes hits its entry threshold, the rules freeze — entry price, ARV, entry cap, AMOE pool. The winning ticket is selected by cryptographically random draw against the frozen pool. We publish a Winner Certificate PDF with the seed, the entry count, the ticket numbers, and the result. It's not a video — it's a receipt. Every paid entry has the same odds as every free AMOE entry. No purchase necessary, ever, by law and by design.

Every graded slab on Lottira is verifiable in two clicks. Sellers cannot list a graded card without entering the grader (PSA, BGS, CGC, TAG, or SGC) and the certificate number. The cert number renders as a clickable link on the listing — buyers verify it directly on the grader's own lookup site before they ever spend a coin. Reslabbed cards, mislabeled grades, and counterfeit slabs are caught before the entry pool ever opens. Sellers who misrepresent product are removed under the Seller Agreement; their listings are cancelled and entries refunded.

Lottira is the Administrator. The seller is the Sponsor. Every promotion has a clear legal hierarchy — written into the Official Rules PDF, frozen at activation, displayed on every listing. Open only to legal US residents 18+ (19 in AL and NE). Void in NY, FL, and RI where state law restricts paid sweepstakes entries. AMOE always available at lottira.com/amoe with equal odds. Prizes ≥ $600 ARV automatically gate the claim flow behind a W-9; Lottira issues the 1099-MISC at year-end. The IRS gets the paperwork. The winner gets the prize. Nobody gets a surprise.

How you land the card.

Every drawing is cryptographically random, and a free entry option is always available.

🎟️

Sweepstakes

Enter from $5 for a chance at graded slabs, sealed booster boxes, and vintage WOTC. Free AMOE always available. Cryptographically random drawings.

Our promises to collectors.

Verified Slabs Only

Every graded listing requires a recognized grader (PSA, BGS, CGC, TAG, SGC) and a cert number you can verify on the grader's own website before you enter.

Provably-Fair Drawings

Every sweepstakes uses cryptographically random drawings against rules frozen at activation. We publish a winner certificate — not just a spin video.

Tax-Compliant From Day One

Prizes valued at $600 or more trigger automatic W-9 collection. We handle the IRS paperwork so winners never get a surprise letter in February.

$5 Entry, $5,000 Slab

Enter for as little as $5. Free entry (AMOE) always available with equal odds, and every entry in the pool has the same chance to win.

Sponsor + Administrator Framing

The seller is the Sponsor of each Promotion. Lottira, LLC is the Administrator. Clear roles, clear accountability — written into every Official Rules PDF.

On-Platform Outcomes

No DMs. No off-platform payouts. No 'send venmo and trust me' shenanigans. Coins are captured upfront. Winners are selected on-platform. Sellers ship under SLA.

Built by collectors, for collectors.

Lottira is built by a small team of Pokémon collectors who got tired of watching their community get burned. We're shipping the platform we wished existed when we got our first reslabbed PSA 10. Every feature, every rule, every line of legal copy is built to earn back the trust that other platforms have lost.
