Seller Agreement

Effective Date: May 27, 2026

This agreement outlines the terms and responsibilities for sellers on the Lottira platform.

1. Seller Eligibility
  • Sellers must be US legal residents who are 18 years of age or older (19 in Alabama and Nebraska) and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
  • Each Seller must complete payment-processor onboarding and identity verification before listing any item for any sweepstakes-based Promotion. Our payment provider performs identity verification (KYC), collects taxpayer identifying information, and verifies the bank account used for payouts. Lottira does not separately collect or store Seller SSNs or EINs. A separate IRS Form W-9 is collected by Lottira only from prize recipients (winners) when cumulative annual prize value reaches $600 or more, for the purpose of issuing IRS Form 1099-MISC.
  • Lottira may require additional documentation at any time, including government-issued photo ID, proof of address, business registration documents, and product authentication evidence for high-ARV listings.
  • Sellers must accurately disclose their legal name and address. For sweepstakes-based Promotions, this information is displayed to entrants as the Sponsor identification on the Promotion listing page, consistent with Section 1 of the Short-Form AMOE Disclosure and applicable sweepstakes law.
  • Sellers are independently responsible for compliance with any state-level registration, bonding, licensing, sales-and-use tax, or business-licensing obligations applicable to their own conduct as a Sponsor or seller, regardless of where the Seller resides or where the Platform operates.
  • Lottira may decline a Seller application or suspend an active Seller account at any time for any reason permitted by law, including but not limited to: failed identity verification, fraudulent or misleading representations, listing of prohibited items, repeated shipping or fulfillment failures, attempts to circumvent platform fees or AMOE requirements, payment chargebacks, suspected account takeover, or violations of these Seller Terms or the Lottira Terms of Service.
  • Lottira may temporarily restrict listing, payout, or sweepstakes-sponsorship privileges pending verification or investigation. Restrictions are lifted once the underlying issue is resolved or, where applicable, when funds clear customary settlement windows.
2. Shipping Requirements
