Policy Overview
Sellers are responsible for ensuring that any item they list for sale complies with all applicable laws and Lottira's policies. Listing a prohibited item can result in consequences such as listing removal, account suspension, or a permanent ban. If you are unsure whether an item is permitted, please contact our support team before listing.
Illegal Items & Activities
- Firearms, ammunition, explosives, and weapons
- Drugs, drug paraphernalia, and medical drugs
- Stolen property or items related to criminal activity
- Counterfeit goods, replicas, or unauthorized copies
Adult & Offensive Content
- Pornography and sexually explicit materials
- Hate speech, offensive, or discriminatory content
- Items promoting violence, self-harm, or illegal acts
Hazardous Materials
- Flammable, explosive, or corrosive materials
- Pesticides, poisons, and certain chemicals
- Recalled items or products that pose a health risk
Regulated & Financial Items
- Alcohol and tobacco products
- Gambling and lottery items (excluding sweepstakes promotions administered by Lottira)
- Gift cards, prepaid cards, and cryptocurrency
- Stocks, securities, and other financial instruments
Services & Intangibles
- Personal services, "for hire" listings
- Digital goods without authorization (e.g., software keys, accounts)
- Healing or metaphysical claims
This list is not exhaustive. Lottira reserves the right to remove any listing that we deem inappropriate or harmful to our community, even if it is not on this list.
