Our payment provider performs identity verification (KYC), collects taxpayer identifying information, and prepares any seller tax form due to you. Lottira does not collect or store seller SSNs or EINs.
Your tax documents are delivered directly by the provider you connected for payouts. If you can't locate a form, contact support and we'll help you track it down.

How we handle this now
- Winners: If your prize FMV is $600 or more, we'll collect a W-9 (US) via our provider before shipping.
- Sellers: Tax documents are prepared and delivered by our payment provider.
- Lottira never stores full SSNs. We keep provider tokens and last-4 only.
